I grew up right here in South Florida, and this community has always been home. After earning my degree from the University of Florida and my dental degree from the Medical College of Virginia School of Dentistry, I spent more than 40 years practicing as a general dentist in the city of Plantation.
What I loved most about that career wasn’t the dentistry itself — it was the privilege of being a meaningful part of people’s lives. I built my practice on compassion, kindness, and a genuine commitment to treating every patient like family. Those values never left me.
When my wife Dolores and I founded Angelwings Care Nurse Registry LLC, it wasn’t retirement — it was a new chapter. A chance to keep doing what I’ve always done: serving Broward County with the same high standards of care, integrity, and personal attention that guided me for four decades.
Today, our mission is simple. We connect families with reliable, licensed nursing professionals they can trust
— so their loved ones can remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, and families can have the confidence and peace of mind they deserve.

I was born into a large, loving family where compassion and caring for one another wasn’t something we talked about — it was simply how we lived. Growing up surrounded by that kind of warmth shaped who I am and planted a seed that has guided every chapter of my life since.
For most of my adult life, I’ve dedicated my career to healthcare. Not because it was a job, but because caring for people is something I feel called to do. There is nothing more meaningful to me than showing up for someone during a difficult moment and making them feel seen, supported, and never alone.
That same conviction is what led Jack and me to found Angelwings Care Nurse Registry. We built this company together on the belief that every person deserves exceptional, personalized care — especially during life’s most challenging times. Not just adequate care. Not just professional care. Care delivered with genuine compassion and respect for every individual’s dignity.
